What is the price of the kiosk?

We do not publish our prices on our website. A goCharge sales manager will gladly help price a unit for you.


Are there any other costs I need to know about?

We’re proud to note that many of our recurring promotional programs “bundle” branding (and often shipping), into our pricing. There are additional costs for optional equipment and white glove service.  Note: we only charge tax in New York State and California.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping—always billed without mark-up–depends upon the specifications (height and weight) of the Station and its destination. A goCharge sales manager can provide you with the cost of shipping to your destination.

Can I rent a kiosk, or are they only available for sale?

Both.  Some Stations are for rental only, some are for sale only, and some are for rental or sale.

What are the specific power requirements?

Easy. Plug and play. Our Stations work off standard 110V household outlets and have a similar draw of a laptop computer when fully utilized. We can also accommodate the power requirements in countries outside the US. Our Stations are completely user-friendly; easy to operate.

When can I expect delivery of the kiosk after the order is placed?

Without rushing it, delivery can take up to 10 days in the US. If you really need it, we can accelerate delivery, or even overnight it. Internationally, it depends on how the unit is shipped and timing requirements. We can also rush your shipment (air freight) for an additional charge (carrier dependent).

What charging cords come with the kiosks?

The number of charging tips/cords varies upon the type of Station. We have solutions ranging from 6 to 120 cords. Each Station offers charging cables for virtually all devices – iPhone lightning cords, Micro USB and Micro USB-C.

What is the process if I want special graphics, wrap, billboards or video on my kiosk?

The process is simple. Upon your order, we will send you artwork templates and easy instructions. All you need to do is populate the template and send it back to us and we take care of the rest. Your Station arrives EXACTLY how the submitted and approved proof was sent to us. We can also provide you with help to create your branding if needed.

Do your kiosks have lockers?

Yes. We have both open bay models and locker units. Let us know what you are looking for and we have a solution for you.

Are your kiosks free-standing or wall-mountable?

We have both. We have several free-standing Stations and some that are wall-mountable. We also have a few that can be placed on a table-top or pedestal.

Do you have a service & maintenance program?

Absolutely. We provide a one-year warranty on parts (90 days on charging cords). We also have a nationwide service team available that can be on-site within 24 hours after notice of an issue.
