Each kiosk has its own rental and purchase price. Each comes with optional add-ons as well, so we do not publish our prices on our website. A goCharge sales manager will gladly help price a unit for you. We also offer attractive volume price discounts which a sales manager will be happy to discuss with you in greater detail.
Prices quoted do not include tax, shipping or additional services such as optional equipment and white glove service. Also, there is an additional cost for wrapping the kiosk.
Note: we only charge tax in New York State.
The cost of shipping depends upon the specifications (height and weight) of the kiosk and its destination. A goCharge sales manager can provide you with the cost of shipping to your destination.
Both. We sell and rent our kiosks.
Easy. Plug and play. Our kiosks work off standard household outlets and have a similar draw of a laptop computer when fully utilized. We can also accommodate the power requirements in countries outside the US as well. Our kiosks are very easy to operate and simple to set up.
Without rushing it, delivery can take up to 5 days in the US. If you really need it, we can overnight it to you. Internationally, it depends on how the unit is shipped and timing requirements. We can also rush your shipment (air freight) for an additional charge (carrier dependent).
Any that you will ever need. Each kiosk comes equipped with universally compatible charging cables. This includes Micro USB, iPhone 3/4/4S and iPhone 5/5C/5S charging cords. Note: MicroUSB is used for all non-Apple phones and almost all current smart phones, GPS, Bluetooth and Android devices.
The number of charging tips/cords varies upon the type of unit. We have solutions ranging from 6 cords to 20.
Each charging station offers charging cables for the iPhone 5 &6, the iPhone 4, and a micro USB charger for most other types of cell phones. Learn more about our multi device charging stations.
The process is simple. Upon your order, we will send you templates and easy instructions. All you need to do is populate the template and send it back to us and we will take care of the rest. Your unit arrives EXACTLY how the submitted and approved proof was sent to us.

We provide a one-year warranty on parts. We have a nationwide service team available that can be on-site within 24 hours after notice of an issue.
